Agreement to terms
By accessing thermspec.com or using the ThermSpec application, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you are using ThermSpec on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
Service description
ThermSpec provides software for managing pyrometry compliance, including support for AMS 2750 and other configurable standards. Features, availability, and pricing may change. Demo accounts are provided for evaluation purposes.
Account responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
- All activity that occurs under your account
- Ensuring data entered into ThermSpec is accurate and authorized by your organization
- Complying with applicable laws, industry standards, and your organization's policies
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operation, reverse engineer the software except as permitted by law, or use ThermSpec for unlawful purposes.
Intellectual property
ThermSpec and its content, features, and functionality are owned by ThermSpec and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your organization's compliance data remains yours, subject to our Privacy Policy.
Disclaimer
ThermSpec is a compliance management tool. It does not replace professional judgment, accredited auditing, or direct verification against applicable specifications. AMS 2750 guardrails assist validation but do not guarantee audit outcomes.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ThermSpec shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to fees paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
